Briefly, how would you summarize the experience overall? At first we were not entirely convinced because (at the time) your experience in real estate was not considerable. But as time went on we were very pleased with the amount of work you put in for making sure that all our goals were met. Communication was very good and prompt and you going after the builders to keep their word as per the contract and doing the research to help us get what they promised was very nice.
